Assistant Cost Controller



Job Description



Supervises coordinate and participates in all activities related to accounting and controlling cost of food beverages and general supplies used in the hotel.

Reviews purchase orders for food beverage materials and supplies with regards to reasonableness in terms specifications prices availability etc...

Sees to the implementation of and conducts spot checks on control procedures affecting receiving storing issuing costing portion control and forecasting as established by the hotel.

Completes inventory and all other end of the month closing procedure and prepares cost journals.

Finalized reviews analyzes cost reports to Food Beverage Management Finance General Manager.
