Skills

In order to become the Business Manager of this hugely successful brand you must be able to demonstrate strong strategic and business planning skills as well as exceptional PL management.

In addition we are looking for someone with a historically successful operations background and ideally within a full service full kitchen environment which held a complex menu offering.

As this role will be very handson our client expects the Business Manager to spend a significant amount of time leading by example and across several markets. You will naturally diffuse strong people management communication skills and present the ability to identify talent within high performing teams. Experience within identifying and hiring successful teams mentoring and leading them through challenging yet rewarding training is critical to this appointment.

Underpinning all of this you will hold a high level of business acumen within multi cultural environments coupled with the ability to drive all areas of operations to new heights. We require someone to spearhead and drive the overall brand strategy into these new markets and oversee there success.
