Assistant HR Manager
A. Prepare amp develop Manpower Plan
B. Supervise the work done at the recruitment function Ensure that Recruitment Administrator advertise for the vacancy and post on career page conduct searches for approved vacancies as required on the Manpower plan and maintain Job application data base.
C. Followup with Recruitment Administrator to finalize the shortlist.
D. Supervise the payroll administrators. Followup on running payments and ensure they are done within the target date. Take corrective action towards deviations and report findings to the HR Director.
E. Followup on the payroll analysis report.
F. Handle employee’s issues and escalate to the HR director.
G. Summarize the results of the exit interview and report for study and development.
H. Work with the HR director on the launching plan of the annual performance evaluation and the update of the KPI’s. Supervise the evaluation process and ensure results maintained as planned.
I. Ensure that work allocated to the team members appropriately equally and that work is done on time. Plan and organize work between the team members
