Sales Coordinator Government Sales
ALJ Jeddah has a opening available for a professional Sales Coordinator to handle our Government Sales.
1. Assist in the sales functions for the assigned specific portfolio by providing timely and effective administrative support and adheres to the company mission vision and values by following the standard operating procedures.
2. Draft sales documentation proposals reports and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements to support vehicle registration and delivery requirements.
3. Coordinate in effective handling of waiting customers by facilitating and speeding up the vehicle delivery process through constant follow up with the Stock Yard Supervisor and Ministry of Interior – Traffic Department.
4. Coordinates with fleet sales team to confirm status of orders and resolve customer complaints by dealing promptly and accurately the internal and customer inquiries on product availability prices and vehicle delivery time.
5. Attends dialogue with fleet sales team to discuss and address sales target issues customer complaints and improvement opportunities through regular meetings.
6. Use databases or other computerised systems in maintaining updated customer records tracking of customer orders sales commission and expense records through generation of sales reports and statistics to prepare standard calculations and report statistics.
7. Performs documentation and legal government relation matters pertaining to the sales function by adhering to the prescribed government rules and procedures to minimize legal implications to the business applicable to new vehicle and used car operation.

Skills
Minimum – Secondary School graduate or Equivalent
2 years experience in Sales
Basic Computer and IT related Data Base System Working knowledge in basic computer and data base system.
Financial and Accounting Basic knowledge of Accounting and Financial principles and procedures.
English Language Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words rules of composition and grammar.
