Marketing Services Senior Executive UAE Nationals
The Senior Marketing Executive will be required to assist in running the PR amp Branding Department liaise with the overseas principals able to formulate implement and execute marketing strategies. In addition the primary purpose of the role will be to assist the Marketing Services Manager and various college departments with the daytoday marketing tasks that make their marketing requirements and activities a success.

Main Roles and Responsibilities
Evaluate and monitor different aspects of our target markets to ensure optimum response from market sector.
Under supervision compile marketing plan ensuring the best possible use is made of all appropriate resources to achieve revenue targets. Implement update and maintain this plan on a frequent basis liasing closely with the Learners’ Accessibility team.
Implement lead generating marketing campaigns and execute direct marketing campaigns ensuring response rates and analysis are monitored and feedback submitted to the Marketing Services Manager.
Under supervision allocate promotion budget in the most effective way to contribute to the profitable sales of each project.
Ensure that all promotional material online offline internal and external is produced to agreed best practice standards and is thoroughly proofed and agreed on before printingproduction meeting the agreed departmental guidelines.
Keep all the internal customers the various Teams and subsidiary departments and all other colleagues advised of promotions before they are launched and on a regular basis.
Monitor and track all responses to promotional campaigns analyzing and assessing use of marketing mix to generate maximum response and revenue within agreed ROI limits.
Maximizing the effectiveness of direct online and advertising campaigns media buying to new prospects and existing services with close liaison Branding PR Manager.
Controlling promotion budgets to ensure that plans are executed on time and to budget.
Organizing and handling preparation prior duringpost event – and in some cases attending – University events and exhibitions to promote University offerings and enhance brand awareness.
Education Academic Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in MarketingBusiness AdministrationManagement or equivalent professional qualification.
Professional Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position or in a marketing related position.
Knowledge Skills Abilities
Excellent customer service skills with good telephone skills and ability to liaise confidently and professionally with clients and partners.
Commercial awareness.
Good knowledge of Internet social media and a range of useful related websites.
Ability to plan and priorities activities and work with and in great detail.
Ability to convince negotiate and consult effectively at all levels within and outside the University.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English languages.
