Director Of Sales KSA
As a Senior Management Member the role will drive the Sales amp Operations Team. To play fundamental role in developing future growth and provide vision direction and leadership. To ensure that targets are met and value addition propositioning is presented to potential clients in line with the overall objectives and growth plans of the business. With an Entrepreneurial nature the role will be responsible for driving the business forward within a highly competitive market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Overall responsibility for leadership of sales amp operational activities across regions.· Developing strategy tactics sales plans and profit targets.· Managing international channel partners.· Proactively monitoring and striving to maintain high levels of quality accuracy andprocess consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.· Taking responsibility for profit and loss.· Face of the organization present a professional image at all times.· Managing the sales team to achieve determined targets.· Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.· Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.· Creating the Sales strategy and objectives determining target audience.· Determining market trends competitive analysis to formulate effective strategyand forward plan.
Skills
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
· Working very closely with the Chairman and Managing Directors.
· Leading a large multinational sales team across multiple locations.
Maximum 1214 years of total work experience.
Candidates running their own firms business a no go.
All Candidates must be Saudi's.
Salary will be AED 2030kpm plus commission.
