Coordinator IT

The RoleThe eGroup Training Coordinator acts as a key player within the training team in helping functional and business users to acquire systems understanding process knowledge and to use it effectively. He is responsible in preparing the training content and imparts user training conducts periodic reviews and organizes followup training for users. He will also act as a point of contact for endusers during systems implementation. Motivates guides team members to improve their capabilities.Responsibilities include but are not limited to To deliver training courses to all business users To prepare training manuals and smart presentations Provide expert help to users during and post implementation May involve in user acceptance testing of new products Share best practices and act as specialist within respective projects.Skills and Experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to learn fast take initiative and meet deadlines A minimum of 2 years relevant experience Graduate in computer science or equivalent Graduate with good exposure to IT systems.
