Recruitment Officer
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for the activities related to Recruitment and Selection Function these include but are not limited to the following main Activities
Identifies company vacancies by receiving requests from all departments’ managers through Manpower planning unit to determine employees’ requirements.
Reviews the job descriptions for each vacancy to identify the required job specifications job duties minimum qualifications and technical and soft skills job requirements.
Develops and coordinates for internal job posting program writes and places job advertising in various media coordinates participation in sets up displayat job fairs and develops and maintains contacts with universities schools alumni groups and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates and utilizes the online Internet recruiting sources as well as ZFP website to identify and recruit candidates.
Reviews recruitment materials related to each vacant position such as job descriptions testing tool…etc and determines the required competencies and skills for company’s vacancies.
Reviews applications and CVs received from the recruitment sources and sorts out and classify them and perform reference and background checks on applicants to have at the end a shortlist of possibly qualified candidates.
Initiates contact with the selected candidates for specific job openings and arrange with them interview date and location.
Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with the concerned parties in the company usually the concerned Department’s Manager.
Plans runs and evaluates selection processes including interviews tests and personality questionnaires.
Files and maintains employment records and retains an active and organized data bank of various positions applicants for future references.

Business and Industry Knowledge Understands and analyzes organization business through studying the productservice competitors market trends
Salary and Wages Trends Awareness Having a Knowledge of the salary and wages ranges in the market per position years of experience Nationality Job Requirements and able to prepare a report to the concerned person in this regard.
Saudi labor law Knowledge Understands implements and manages the regulations and policies of Saudi Labour Office and its updates concerning the internal employment systems within the company.
Interviewing Skills Have the basic knowledge of job requirements and matching them with candidates qualifications have knowledge of scanning and assessing CVs plans the interview and asks direct focused and logically ordered questions .
Negotiation Skill Conducts positive negotiations ability to compromise handles conflict seeks common ground articulates own and others goals stays focused on positive outcome.
Time Management Skill Ability to utilize time in the most effective and productive way properly assess and utilize priorities in time allocation and exercise conscious control over distractions that waste time and break work flow to increase efficiency or productivity.
