Deputy Manager Support Services Mechanical Maintenance
Job Description Develop improve and ensure adherence to the Department Strategy and Integrated Management System as per DEWA's Quality Environment and safety standards. Ensure Department compliance with Environment Management System as per ISO 140012004.Ensure Department compliance with Quality Management System as per ISO 90012008.Ensure Department compliance with OHS Management System OHSAS 180012007 and DEWA's Safety Standards.Liaise with field Engineers contractors and HSE department on safety environment and quality issues. Create an environment wherein participation and feedback is encouraged to allow behavioral cultural change.Provide technical expertise to ensure localinternational regulatory compliance in safety environment and quality systems to department staff.Lead various committees to ensure DEWA's strategic environmental health and safety communiques within the department.Actively participate in development of Departmental Quality Procedures reporting system records communication in time reliably efficiently and safely in order to fulfill the obligations of the Department.Organize and or participate in auditing the system in order to improve and ensure compliance.Ensure cascading of DEWA's strategy to all levels of organization.Arrange conduct training presentation to staff on strategy Integrated Management system.Ensure training and development needs of immediate employees to meet the departmental objectives.Encourage Emiratization in line with departmental requirement to meet DEWA's strategic objectives.Create a work environment that allows and encourages participation and team work fosters good employee relations and provides development opportunities.Ontime completion of any other assignments by superiors.Key Skills Mechanical Maintenance Integrated Management System QualitySafety EnvironmentAbout Company Dubai Electricity and Water Authority DEWA more...
