Arabic Speaking Customer Service Role

Dubai based ecommerce retailer is hiring a female customer service agent to be responsible for the following tasks



Dealing with incoming service and sales enquiries

Handling key customer accounts

Following up with international order deliveries

Assist management with any other tasks that arise



Experience in customer service preferred sales experience useful. Candidate must have excellent Arabic and English.
