Job descriptionJob Description The Recruiter I is responsible for candidate generation through networking and research. The Recruiter I works closely with Staffing Consultantâs to define develop and implement recruiting strategies and to provide a qualified candidate pool that support our engagements. Responsibilitiesâ¢Develop and maintain an indepth knowledge of the clientâs business areas their deliverables and needs.â¢Build and foster relationships with key players and decision makers.â¢Maintain all databases management reports and documentation in an accurate and timely manner.â¢Maintain knowledge of the client and candidate markets.â¢Develop knowledge of recruitment best practice Account Management and Consultancyâ¢Work with a sourcing team to ensure quality supply.â¢Manage candidates from initial application to first day onsite.â¢Create target list to identify competitor companies and individuals within themâ¢Develops candidate interest for available positions and client companies â¢Uses networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidates â¢Performs queries and searches in Applicant Tracking databases for qualified candidates â¢Other administrative tasks when requiredQualificationsâ¢2 years recruitment experience within the medical pharmaceutical sectors would be beneficialâ¢Excellent written and oral communicationâ¢Solid organizational skillsâ¢Knowledge in computers including indepth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word Excel Power Point Internet and database applicationsâ¢Strong interpersonal communication skills both Oral and Writtenâ¢Ability to demonstrate and take initiativeâ¢Adaptable in approach and work style to changing demands circumstances and fastpaced environmentsâ¢Strong sense of urgency on all tasks and deadlinesâ¢Ability to generate new leadsâ¢Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneouslyâ¢Ideally qualified to degree level RequiredHigh School DiplomaGED At least 2 years experience in Proven recruitment experience within the medical pharmaceutical sector English Fluent PreferredAssociate's DegreeCollege Diploma IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
