Parsons Brinckerhoff is assisting Qatar Rail's multibillion planned works to integrate a 4line 100station metro highspeed passenger rail freight a people mover and light rail which once delivered will provide a fast convenient worldclass fully integrated railway system for the State of Qatar.

Due to this we are currently looking to recruit a Senior Reporting Manager to join our PMO team in Doha.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Supports the uniform reporting in their assigned Program

Supports in the Program data assurance delivered into the PMIS

Supports effective communications across the PMO functions to ensure consistent reporting.

Supports administration and enforcement of the reporting cycle for the business.

Supports the coordination of all reporting interfaces between projects and the business and translate the business requirements into the reporting framework

Ensures reports are analyzed and presented in such a way that they highlight key management issues and opportunities to execute the program efficiently.

Supports PMO reporting at ProgramProject level.

Supports in the weeklymonthly meetings with management as required

Supports in reporting forums with relevant parties as required

Supports reporting coordination of all reports from the PMO functions

Will liaise closely with all the other PMO functions to produce the monthly QRDP report in a timely and consistent manner.

Job Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline

8 yrs of relevant experience

Excellent analytic skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent spoken and written English skills
