Programme Controls Manager Local Roads and Drainage

Parsons Brinckerhoff was selected by Ashghal to provide program management consultant PMC services for what is expected to be more than 200 local road and drainage infrastructure projects to be implemented throughout the country over a period of five to seven years. Five general engineering consultants GECs have been selected to design tender and supervise construction of the projects under Parsons Brinckerhoff's supervision.

As such we have a requirement for an experienced Programme Controls Manager to provide leadership for program risk management planning and scheduling cost estimating cost control progress measurement electronic document management and reporting for the entire programme

Job Requirements

Reporting to the Programme Systems Director the Programme Controls Manager will be responsible in providing leadership for program risk management planning and scheduling cost estimating cost control progress measurement electronic document management and reporting for the entire programme

Requirements

A Degree in Civil Engineering within a minimum of 20 years post graduate experience

Previous experience in Programme Management or working on 5 or more interrelated projects simultaneously

Have good knowledge and experience of the project lifecycle for RoadsInfrastructures projects in respect to planning cost and schedule control

A good knowledge of the design process and construction methodologies

Experienced Programme Controls professional with good technical skills i.e. critical path earned value etc

Experience in the application of Primavera P6 and knowledge of Primavera contract manager on Infrastructure projects and

Experience in developing analysing and maintaining schedules and CostProgress reporting systems.
