Key responsibilities

Maintain and build relationship with existing clients

Initiate and develop a strong relationship with companies who have recruitment needs

Determine customers' recruitment needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs

Give online demonstrations to clients on in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy

Skills

Previous sales experience

Fluency in English is required

Strong communication skills both written and oral

Excellent time management and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets

Confident self driven dynamic and loves to learn

Education

Bachelor's degree from a reputed university
