Job descriptionStudy the requirements of the Request for Proposal RFPInvitation to Tender ITTPrequalification PQ TendersExpression of Interest EoI etc related to Consultancy Services and submit an Executive Summary to the management including scope of works constraints commerciallegal risk factors review points relevant drawings etc for their review and for bid or nobid decision. Prepare clarification requests to the Client as required for RFPsITTsPQsEoIs. Prepare comprehensive RFPs for SubConsultants in coordination with technical team. Respond to clarification requests of the Clients and SubConsultants. Prepare a fully compliant technical commercial TenderProposal ensuring adherence to company policy and submit to the management for review and sign off. Ensure to meet the deadlines of all the Consultancy tendersproposals Review the proposals of SubConsultants and advise the management on their technicalcommercial suitability.
