Receptionist cum AdministratorAccountant
• Handles incoming calls relays messages amp supplies information to callers
• Greets and announces visitors
• Responsible for arranging lunch tea coffee for visitors
• Coordinates transportation for Employees and visitors.
• Responsible for courier . dispatched of both documents and nondocuments
• Updates and prepares the Monthly Attendance Report
• Ensure optimal services amp costs by third party suppliers grocery courier stationery taxi etc.
• Execute coordinate and document all the admin and accounts related tasks
Essential knowledge
• Graduate with a business administrationaccounting background
• A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint Word MS Excel
• A strong command over oral and written Business English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
Experience Required
Work experience of 25 years of experience in an administrative role in a similar large corporation.
