Parkhouse Bell is pleased to be recruiting for one of the leading healthcare groups in the MENA region that is continuing to expand its operation at a significant rate.



You will be responsible for developing and rolling out the HR operations across generalist areas within a specific hospital in Dubai. This includes daytoday functions such as recruitment manpower and talent management training and induction and change management. Included are special projects such as integration of newly acquired businesses into the group and improving HR information systems.





The package on offer is AED25000 AED35000 as well as comprehensive medical coverage.

المهارات

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years professional HR experience ideally some time in healthcare. You will be experienced in developing HR policy and demonstrate diplomacy and commercial awareness.



Ideally you will have exposure to DHA licensing and Ministry of Health knowledge.
