Role SummaryPurpose
The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for setting channel marketing strategies and developing integrated channel marketing programs and ensuring the execution of those agreed upon programs for one or more business partner in cooperation with Channel Sales Management. This position will lead the development launch and coordination of joint channel gotomarket and marketing programs to drive business with the channel.
Essential Responsibilities
Assess present situation competitive programs and the need for channel marketing across all region product portfolios. Identify industry best practices and benchmarks. Develop a channel partner marketing program including crafting a strategy and clarifying goals in collaboration with regional commercial leadership Work with various stakeholder groups to create the program components including collateral standardized business plan template for partners channel program website and other digital communication avenues sales training Act an interface between Product Marketing and Field Marketing Marketing Strategic Alliances and Channel Sales to align channel program initiatives and ensure consistency of approach. Assist in delivering partners learning programs for up coming products and offerings Responsible for collecting Partners VOC into the Region Marketing Organization Measure effectiveness of program and provide ROI analysis of channel program investments Manage marketing budget for program
QualificationsRequirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in marketing business or related area.2. 5 years of relevant marketing experience 3. Experience in working with channel partners4. Ability to shape growth vision and strategy5. Strong influencing skills6. Excellent oral and written communications skills

1. MBA or Master's degree 2. 7 years' experience of relevant marketing experience3. Healthcare productindustry acumen4. Experience in working in a matrix organization5. Leadership and initiative to drive business objectives
