Shutdown Maintenance Planner Air Energi

Our client world39s largest LNG producer is hiring for Shutdown Maintenance Planner on permanent and direct hire employment to be based in Qatar.

To provide planning and system support for shutdown work activities through close liaison with the Planning team members Job execution team members Contractors and members from other Functional departments.

Key Result Areas

• 
  

  Maintain accurate records of SD related information and communicate with other Company Functional departments.

  
  


• 
  

  Review of workpacks to ensure correctness of activities and accuracy of durations compared to RG standards and Norms.

  
  


• 
  

  Developing detailed schedules in scheduling software Primavera P6 using provided detailed workpacks.

  
  


• 
  

  Defines with Operations Maintenance and Engineering department39s schedules for shutdown activities defining manpower logistic and equipment requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Act as a key focal point during shutdown39s for monitoring forecasting and reporting of schedule and job status

  
  


• 
  

  Prepares comprehensive shutdown reports that may include deviation reports critical path progress versus baseline plans and SCurves.

  
  

  Knowledge Skills and Experience

  
  


• 
  

  Secondary school education plus a three to five year vocational credential.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 5 years diversified experience as a Technical Planner and scheduler of activities associated with maintenance production and materials including shutdown planning preparation and execution in a Petrochemical process or LNG facility.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 5 years experienced in Primavera software with working knowledge of Primavera P6.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Oil amp Gas related field equipment such as and not restricted to gas turbines heat exchangers pumps control valves etc.

  
  


• 
  

  Computer skills should include a working knowledge of a variety of technical planning software and maintenance management and materials software.

  
  


• 
  

  Working knowledge of maintenance management systems SAP PM module.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance systems performance measures and their applications.
