As a Senior Procurement Consultant you will lead client category teams through the strategic sourcing process from development of the strategy and approach along the A.T. Additional responsibilities include project marketing and training communications with client stakeholders and suppliers and the ability to gather and analyse data to identify sourcing practice improvements cost savings opportunities operations and technology improvements as well as conduct benchmarking and bestpractices studies.



Other tasks will involve driving the team to provide timely highquality data deliverables supporting the client procurement team in creating bestinclass procurement processes and their documentation and rollout throughout the clients operations.

Who we39re looking for

In order to be relevant to join A.T. Kearney39s business in Dubai it is critical that you have a degree from a recognised university with top grades. Also you will possess a solid background in procurement and strategic sourcing whether this has been gained from within industry like Process Industry Financial Services ITampT FMCG or Manufacturing or from a consulting environment. Possessing excellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills you will be able to demonstrate success in leading projects and working in fast paced cultures. You will be at a point in your career where you are seeking a move into a professional and hard working consulting organisation where you will work with a variety of clients and stake holders. You must be able to travel throughout the Middle East and have excellent English speaking skills. Our client is not looking for senior heads of procurement or executive level procurement candidates at this stage however there may be other opportunities with A.T.
