.Manager of Clinical Effectiveness and Quality Assurance Qatar Permanent Flexible Salary Benefits Responsibilities Has the overall responsibility for the delivery and assurance of clinical quality within the organisation. Responsible for the development and overall implementation of the clients clinical strategy acts as a trusted advisor in clinical quality. Works closely with quality department to develop effective performance measures to provide evidence of efficiency and quality. Supports the Executive Director of clinical affairs in facilitating health partnerships with local and regional organisations. Has the overall responsibility for the monitoring of clinical incidents in the organisation. Responsible for monitoring international trends in clinical incidents including MRSA and CDIF. Responsible for the development of clinical incident reporting strategy and system.
