Reporting to the COO this role is responsible for the development and management of a best in class HR function to support their business needs covering three existing offices and all prjoect based staff.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and professionally qualified HR professional who has either current or recent experience within Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC Region ideally combined with a background within infrastructure or built environment sectors.
