CH2M HILL HR Manager Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Job Purpose
Oversee all HR functions within Saudi Arabia. Some travel involved to various project locations including but not limited to Riyadh Jeddah Eastern Province Madinah.
Job ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities
This position is responsible for overseeing tasks involved in design and administration of employee programs and services for the HR Generalists group ensuring that the programs are within compliance of legalcorporate requirements. The incumbent is responsible for the results of multiple groups of nonexempt employees or a group of exempt staff and manages the financial responsibilities and work commitments of the groups. Heshe leads group to accomplish established objectives sets project or assignment timelines and priorities based on objectives monitors budgets and goals and provides technical advice and assists in completing work as needed.
Within the CH2M Hill shared services model manages a portion of the HR function in a smaller region or a subfunction of shared services at the corporate level.
Develops implements and coordinates policies and programs covering one or more of the following benefits compensation diversity employee relations HR generalists HRIS organizational development recruiting and training.
Acts as consultant to regional management regarding human resource issues.
Proactively interprets and communicates Human Resources policies and procedures to internal and external customers.
