Reporting to the Security Finance Director this is an extremely exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Professional to take overall responsibility for the reconciliation function of a key business unit within a fast paced and challenging Global MNC. This role will be accountable for the whole Reconciliations Team and will maintain and build on the relationships with various Banks customers with a view of safe guarding the integrity of the business.





Core responsibilities



Manage a team of Managers who are responsible for day to day processing of bank claims and teams of around 30 people.



Identify and drive forward initiatives to reduce manual reconciliation processes mitigate risk and reduce cash losses.

Work with external banking partners to ensure service levels are maintained and the reconciliations and terms and conditions of the contracts between the Banks and the company are adhered to.



Work with colleagues across Operations amp Security to ensure day to day compliance are met.



Ensure that regulatory requirements including TampC and Client Money are adhered to and that appropriate controls are in place.



Ensure early escalation of issues that pose a financial reputational and regulatory or client risk.

Who we39re looking for

We are looking for a Senior Finance candidate who can join this Multinational business and make an instant impact. Candidates should have a proven track record of managing teams together with strong communication skills.



You must meet the following criteria to be considered for this exciting position



bull BPM Business Process Management Reconciliations for a Cash Management Company Consultingprocess improvement or potentially from an internal audit background. International qualified accountant ACA ACCA CPA or MBA with strong process related finance experience is highly desirable

bull Previous experience with a Global MNC business with a clear career track record

bull Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues obtain mutual agreement as to the resolution and implement change.

bull Ability to make decisions with minimal supervision

bull Must be able to convince influence and motivate all levels within the business in order to achieve objectives

bull Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Arabic is highly desired because candidates will have to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders including senior directors at external banking institutions
