Michael Page International have been exclusively mandated by a globally renowned international engineering consultancy to attract and recruit an outstanding Finance Manager Divisional Head of Finance to lead their Finance function in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.



The role will lead and manage the Finance and commercial activities within the business and maintain the books of accounts as per international standards and company policies provide commercial support in winning new business and providing the assistance to Project Managers in delivering the projects within approved budget doing periodical reporting to the satisfaction of the shareholders39 assisting General Manager in budgeting and forecasting and attending Board Meetings as Finance Manager and Secretary to Board.



1. Budget Setting bull Manage the consolidation of information from different project managers and conduct needed analysis on current business to set the company39s annual budget

bull Conduct periodic reviews on the financial performance versus the set budget of the Company to identify anticipated costs and risks and capitalize upon performance improvement opportunities

2. Projects Accounting bull Manage and oversee the setting up of projects into Oracle system to ensure all company39s requirements and processes have been complied with.

bull Drive the monthly review process with Project Managers to get an update on status of the projects percentage of completion and Estimated cost to complete.

3. Financial Reporting bull Lead and direct the preparation of timely and accurate monthly quarterly and yearly financial statements and reports as required by the management the board and externalinternal auditors.

4. Working capital management and control

5. Proactive monitoring control over overhead costs

6. People management management of the Finance team

Who we39re looking for

A qualified accountant from an Engineering and or Contracting background

10 12 years of relevant experience including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities

A Chartered or a Certified Public Accountant trained from any of the Big Four Public accounting firms with or without a Bachelor39s degree in Finance.
