TAX FREE Plus Fantastic Relocation Benefits Package Our client is a prestigious well established Health Care Provider in Qatar who are currently looking for an Assistant Executive Director in Quality Improvement to work within one of their specialised hospitals. Working with the Executive Director you will be responsible for planning coordinating and facilitating Quality Improvement programs and across Healthcare entities. You will hold a plethora of responsibilities including Identifying planning facilitating and monitoring continuous quality improvement initiatives Plans and oversees the education and quality methodology training to administrative leadership in each of the clinical and corporate departments in areas related to Quality improvement Facilitates Hospital Quality Improvement Managers and supervises their work on a regular basis Manages the design assessment and measurement of important processes and outcomes that may affect the delivery of quality patient care corporate and hospital operational processes and strategic initiatives. Responsibility for all regulatory body surveys such as JCI in coordination with the Regulatory and Accreditation unit Performs other duties as required by the Executive Director of the department. To be considered you must hold a Degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration or a related field. Candidates with a Clinical qualification and who can speak Arabic will be preferred. Successful applicants must have extensive healthcare experience working in a Quality Improvement role. Candidates applying without a Degree will not be considered. You must be able to interface intelligently and have the ability to influence and change. IT Skills would be advantageous. The ability to work with a range of professionals and senior hospital staff is imperative. For the successful candidate the package offered for this post is completely unrivalled.
