Under general supervision provides leadership and guidance to drill bit operations personnel. Assists in the development mentoring coaching and knowledge gain of assigned staff. Functions as a communications link between customer and the solutions team. May resolve job disputes and raise issues to approved levels. Ensures the continuance of quality operations and complete customer satisfaction. Interfaces with customers as necessary to ascertain service level. Relieves Service Coordinator as needed. May resolves job disputes and issues to approved levels. Evaluates service quality within assigned area with the goal of improving performance. Provides technical expertise and solutions to the customer. Performs followup activities regarding job performance. This is the lead position responsible for job execution and overall performance. Ensures the continuance of quality operations and complete customer satisfaction. Job role directly impacts a revenue center's viability or quality of service via personal contributions. Skills are typically acquired through completion of high school or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of directly related oil field experience. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Ensures compliance with Health Safety and Environment HSE regulations and guidelines. Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes. Must meet the minimum developmental standards for this job classification.
