The incumbent is responsible for the delivery of the assigned projects within the stipulated Scope Time Cost and Qualities. Capable of spearheading multiple projects in the region High rise and residential complexes. Mobilize resources required for the projects Men Machine Materials The responsibilities span a broad spectrum covering all the areas of project management like – project planning cost management time management quality management contract administration and Safety Management. Oversee the construction projects from start to finish Perform key role in project planning budgeting and identification and mobilization of resources needed. Communicate effectively with the contracts responsible for completing various phases of the projects Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all sub teams. Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims. Candidate Requirement Qualified Chartered or Civil Engineer with minimum 10years experience in construction and project management of mixed use development residential buildings G10 quality residential office buildings and associated infrastructure. Capable and at ease managing and working with sizeable Indian Workforce. Continually demonstrates an appreciation of the multicultural nature of the organization and the diversity of its staff. Broad ranging expertise in financial analysis general construction program oversight project scope development and budget management with a deep understanding of business infrastructure.
