We are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to join an award winning Medical Services and Healthcare provider. We are looking for candidates with 10 years experience in the medical facilities provision and operations both hard and soft services background along with a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.



Responsibilities and Requirements



Manage amp direct the hard and soft facilities management of clients39 buildings and property.

Ensure various services provided are managed correctly including cleaning Security and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing maintenance.

Supervise facility usage operations equipment maintenance etc.

HVAC maintenance

Compose reports to senior management on KPI39s and efficiency of department. Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance duties



Skills required



Previous management experience within the FM industry

10 years working experience in the UAE.

Personal and social skills

Leadership qualities

Considerable experience within the field

Must have considerable previous experience within the region

High project and budget value experience

Working knowledge of ISO 90012000 ISO 900114001 and OHSAS 18001.
