Costing Profitability Management Senior Analyst

• Conduct special studies and analyses of cost accounts to determine the profitability of the company’s services products.

• Analyse Accounts related to CAPEX Fixed Assets Inventory Vendors Liability and assigned Operation Expenses for accuracy and completion

• Perform timely reconciliation and reporting of Company owned inventory including excess production components and any related liabilities.

• Create and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems oversee the quarterly update of standard costs report on periodic variances and their causes.

• Assist in the tracking and validation of payments in the general ledger.

• Lead the reconciliation effort and oversees all corresponding spending as well as excess and obsolete requirements.

• Perform quarterly excess and obsolete analysis.

• Work with other unit leaders to develop effective working relationships and identify synergistic working methods.

• Identify various asset categories and cost centres to record depreciation to the appropriate business units

• Produce reports reflecting the actual costs of the services products to provide input to pricing

• To match costs for the customers to make certain for profitability.

• Draw attention towards nonprofitable products services excess and obsolete inventory.

• Provide input for cost optimization and process improvements.

• Perform other duties as required by the higher levels of supervision.

Skills

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting or a related field with at least 3 years in a senior role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting or material management from an accredited university

• CPA preferred.
