Saudization Manager Saudi Only

The Saudization Manager will be responsible for the following tasks.

1. Ensuring the business meets its Saudization percentage as set by the government. You will work with the HRD and implement a Saudization strategy for both the restaurants and support office.

2. Establishing the Saudization Department

3. Recruit Saudis to achieve overall Saudization goals

4. Department Goal Planning

5. Retention

6. Career path planning

7. Training and Development

8. Budgeting and planning resources.

المهارات

Qualification and Skills

1. Bachelors or more in Human Resources business studies or communication.

2. Bilingual . should be proficient in spoken and written Arabic and English.

3. 9 years experience in the area of Human Resources. Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is essential.

4. Strong communication skills presentation coaching and negotiation skills.
