Projects we are actively involved with in Jubail include new residential communities petrochemical industrial zone site preparation various commercial buildings and structures mosques schools hospitals sports facilities clinics a new 30000 student university utility services and infrastructure electrical substations lift stations roads and highways port amp pipeline expansions and more.

Duties amp Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support to the Royal Commission's RC investment and development department for all communication related to the RIC Ras Al Khair Industrial City industrial zone. Represent RC Engineering department and facilitate interdepartmental industrial coordination within RC.


• Review Industry submittals design packages Technical Queries and Submittals TQ amp TS in line with Bechtel amp RC procedures.


• Provide response and approval for LAR Land Allocation Requests Encroachment Permits review investor Site Allocation Requests SAR for land in the industrial area and ports according to the recommendation of the Master Plan.


• Development of comprehensive utilities drawings for PW IWW SWW telecom Power. Optimal utilization and allocation of land and ROW Right of Way in the Jubail industrial City pipeline corridor PLC.


• Knowledge of International codes and standards HCIS guidelines for safety and security.


• Coordination of engineering activities with third parties including local utility etc. authorities.


• Review supplier documents scope books specifications engineering guides and standards etc. during the design of infrastructure development work and the industry plant construction phases.


• Coordinate and visit jobsite as required to resolve problems and interpret drawings and documents.


• Maintain uptodate skills in computer applications to design work and insure that maximum use is made thereof.


• Participates in reviewing and checking designs drawings and data by AE engineers or suppliers.


• Assist in onthejob training of people assigned.

  • Must have at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  
  
  • Experience in the Industrial coordination and support activities.
  
  
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written.
  
  
  • Knowledge in International Engineering Codes and Standards such as ANSI ASME AWWA amp API.
