Associate Specialist Payroll

.

bullResponsible for Payroll time keeping and HR Data Entry in SAP and Oracle EBS.

bullDevelops methods and overlooks the preparation of documents and payout of all

payroll checks.

bullOrganizes the production of payroll checks and provides associated information.

bullAssesses current structure and suggests efficient enhancements to the

organization.

bullUnder direct supervision performs routine assignments as an entry level

professional.

bullDevelops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard

problems.

bullAbility to cross train on other countries payroll processing.



Work Schedule 12.00 noon to 9.00 pm Sunday to Thursday Friday on rotation.



Qualifications

bullPayroll processing experience

bullPreference of payroll processing experience for US UK Australia particularly Canada payroll

bullKnowledge on Canada Union laws Canada taxes.

bullExperience in Oracle system

bullKnowledge of advanced Excel functions
