Reports to the Head of Sales or equivalent and is responsible for developing sales of company products andor services and all related sales activities to designated strategic or clients. Will develop business plans longterm objectives pricing strategy and customer satisfaction goals and operates at a senior level in the organization.





Main Dutiesnbsp

• Maintains a watching brief on developments within customerrsquos organizations which may affect future business Under specific direction sells services and products to both new and existing accounts as assigned. Builds and manages longterm customer relationships and ensures customer satisfaction


• Understands and implements sales process to aide in cultivating and managing these longterm relationships and in seeking out new sales opportunities


• Independently serves customers to achieve max penetration in line with business plan


• This position will be responsible for the revenue growth and sustainable profitability of the account. The incumbent will be required to develop and implement strategic plans for these accounts which will encompass the more specialized offerings such as the Consulting Technology Real Estate etc. The individual will be responsible for implementing performance improvements in the assigned accounts and ensuring a high level of customer service.


• Achievement of the revenue growth plans and sustainable profit targets.


• Develop and implement strategic plans innovative solutions and initiatives to grow and expand the business.


• Ensure consistent and timely responses to customer needs


• Works with project managers and sales team to expedite the contract booking process


• Organize and create an effective business support service for administrative procedures ensuring that accuracy and timeliness are the key priorities.


• Responsible for ensuring that all standard reports and forms are completed as required by customer.


• Promote an efficient and professional image to all customers both internal and external at all times.


• Provide general support as required ensuring complete sensitivity and confidentiality be applied at all times.


• In addition to the above mentioned tasks other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined
