COUNTRY AFTER SALES MANAGER


•Build lead motivate and develop a highly successful team that achieves its objectives for a multi brand operation.

•To manage all Service and Technical aspects for the full range of product with the objective of achieving the set targets.

•To assist with the facilitation and implementation of After Sales marketing related activities.

•To achieve the aim of upholding standards at retail levels and maximize customer satisfaction.

•Assist with aftersales related market research and recommend improvement measures with the aim of continuously enhancing customer satisfaction with after sales service.

•Formulate department budget conduct operative planning develop and use various reporting tools to facilitate the department planning and controlling.

•Plan develop and monitor dealer service and parts network in synchronization with Business Plan. Oversee Dealer Standards assessments. Assist with the updating of Service amp Parts standards as necessary reviewed once a year.

•Administer and manage all aspects of customer complaints. Deal with any customer complaints pertaining to product reliability assist customers to find resolutions to these complaints.

•Assist with After Sales Business Development of Service Sales and Marketing handle key supplier relationships.

•Enhance customer satisfaction by providing effective training to retail network and resolving technical problems.

•Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the Service Department and monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence.

•Establishes individual parts inventory levels and balances them for maximum turnover.

•Analyses monthly sales and expenses and regularly reports on competitors’ promotional activities new products and market prevailing trends.

•Administers an aggressive wholesale amp retail parts program to produce profit.

•Seek out new Parts business and new vendors and negotiate terms and pricing for greater profitability.

•Ensure that the same high quality level of service provided to outside customers is also provided to internal dealership customers.

•Fluent Arabic speaker optional

•10 years Middle East experience in related field.

•Comfortable with team coaching and communication

•Excellent customer care
