Direct and manage all the staffSet policiesacademic and administrationConducts staff meetingRecruit new staff and studentsSelect appropriate professional development programsissue academic certificates and evaluationPlan attend and supervise school eventsResolve school conflictsDeal with parents guardian related issues when neededMonitor and follow upon teachersAssign monitoramp follow up on work for administration bodyCommunicate effectively with teachers Staff students parentsComplete annual report for year and academy's projections for coming yearsproject a positive spirit among students and facultyPromote the nursery's mission and vision and encourage a sense of community and team work amongst staffEstablishment a professional and concerned rapport with studentsparentsstaff in addition to maintaining open line of communication with three partiesMarketing activitiesFollow up and update website monthly
