Job SummaryPurpose



Coordinate support and implement strategies concerning all communication touch points for Julphar. This includes Collateral Websites internal communication social media liaison with local and international media day to day to contact with PR Agencies coordinating press releases and maintaining all information sources up to date. Editing. Development and management of relevant databases and contacts would also be expected.



Duties



•Support media and press relations including development of press releases scheduling media interviews ensuring liaison between the press and internal stakeholders and supporting event based communications.

•Help with brand management including quality control both internally and externally. Examples include developing marketing collateral in alignment with the brand and ensuring this is adhered to across Julphar.

•Maintain the Julphar website Twitter and LinkedIn accounts and ensure that content is refreshed regularly.

•Work closely with internal teams to producerefresh content that is suitable for the website such as thought pieces presentations and videos

•Assist in preparing relevant communications content for quarterly reports

•Assist with content development for newsletters award applications and other materials that may be produced in house

•Any other communicationcontent needs as may be required by Julphar such as assisting in corporate presentations updating corporate literature and being the point of contact for external communication inquiries.

Skills

Desired Skills and Experience

•Bachelors degree in communications journalism marketing International Business

•2 years experience in Corporate Communications experience in Manufacturing is highly beneficial

•Experience in having worked with press and media at local and preferably international levels

•Proven ability to produce compelling content for a range of audiences

•Proven experience in leveraging social media
