Configure HCIT products to optimize for customer requirements. Responsible for postsale customer support including on site clinical inservicing and golive support. Supporting the sale of GEHC products to the medical community by assisting the Sales representatives with presale demonstrations and clinical trials.Essential Responsibilities Coordinate the delivery of customer training with the ITPS and Sales groups. Support the sales process in technical presentations of HCIT products where applicable. Answer a wide range of questions concerning software and clinical applications. Strong analytical and problem solving skills required. Produce wellwritten posttraining reports and to provide written product feedback. Support tradeshow activity. Successful candidate will be a selfstarter selfdirected individual in a fastpaced dynamic business environment. Possess strong customer management skills and the ability to work in highpressure environments

Insure timely dispatch closure.

Insure completion of all field modifications instructions FMI's within prescribed timeframe. Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps providing solutions when possible.QualificationsRequirements BSBA Associates or RT certification. 5 years clinical experience Prior exposureexperience with GE products Willingness to travel extensively 4 to 5 days a week including weekends. All clinical modality and product experience must be current. Candidate should be comfortable in a physician and clinicalpatient care environment. Ability to operate a PC and use Windows based software. Ability to work in a team oriented environment. Must have a valid driver's license.Additional Eligibility Qualifications Desired Characteristics 7 years or more clinical experience 5 years of specific modality experience Must be able to multi task professional disposition and demeanor
