HR Executive
•Enters new hire information in the human resource system database.
•Tracks and resolves problems and checks system operations as scheduled.
•Ensures that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures.
•Completes monthly and yearend reports regarding terminations transfers and new hires.
•Assists in preparing recruitment lists job postings and sourcing good candidates.
•Developing HR policies on issues like working conditions equal opportunities performing management absence management disciplinary procedures.
•Advising on pay including employee benefits promotion other issues on remuneration.
•Undertaking usual salary reviews negotiating on issues regarding pay conditions with staff representatives.
•Interpreting notifying employees on employment legislation.
•Developing HR strategic plans with lime managers in terms of skill number levels in considerations with longterm immediate staff requirements.
•Listening to grievances of employees implementing appropriate disciplinary procedures.
•Preparing advertisement notices for vacant positions in the organization.
•Coordinating between managers and employees for arranging training sessions.
•Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms.
•Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager.
•Makes photocopies faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
•Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
•Assists or prepares correspondence.
•Prepares new employee files.
•Processes mail.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
